Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and RJRS Holdings LLC (“we”), which runs CaseCard on casecard.app and in the CaseCard iOS app. By creating an account or using CaseCard, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use CaseCard.

What CaseCard is

CaseCard is a reference tool for surgical device reps to record surgeon preferences. It is not medical advice and does not replace a surgeon's instructions, product instructions for use, or hospital policy. You are responsible for checking that what you record is accurate before you rely on it in a case.

Your account

Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use CaseCard.

No patient information

Don't enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or anything else that could identify a patient. CaseCard isn't designed to hold protected health information. See the Privacy page.

Your content

You own the preference cards and notes you create. You let us store, copy and display them only to run CaseCard for you, including showing a card to anyone you send a share link to. Anyone with a share link can view that card until you revoke the link.

Subscriptions

CaseCard has a free plan with limits and a paid Pro subscription. The price is shown before you buy.

Bought in the iOS app: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you start a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Bought on casecard.app: billing is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel from your Account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

Don't use CaseCard to break the law, to store patient information, to access other people's accounts or data, or to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. That permanently deletes your data. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple, so cancel that in iPhone Settings too. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

CaseCard is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available offline at any given moment. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us for CaseCard in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Apple

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and RJRS Holdings LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for CaseCard, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims about it. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
